Thailand based I&V Bio announced that Rudi Bijnens is its Global Marketing and Sales Director from October 2023.

Rudi has a long history in early stage shrimp and marine fish aquaculture. He has broad experience in commercial & business development. An industrial engineer by training, he is specialised in aquaculture, seafood business, and biosciences. Rudi started his aquaculture career with INVE BV in 1999 with over 9 years as General Manager for INVE Vietnam and as Commercial Manager Southeast Asia. Consequently, from 2009, Rudi was Commercial Manager Asia and Project Manager for China when INVE BV transitioned into INVE Aquaculture. With the acquisition of INVE Aquaculture as a division of Benchmark Plc in 2015, Rudi became its Commercial Manager (Sales) Asia.
