LIVE online 6th Annual Practical Short Course on “Extruded Pet Foods and Treats”

As several events continue to be postponed, moved online, or cancelled altogether as a result of COVID-19 concerns in the United States, Texas A&M University (TAMU) has announced its 6th Annual Practical Short Course on Extruded Pet Food and Treats, will be held LIVE Online July 12-15, 2021.

A four-day Practical Short Course on Extruded Pet Foods and Treats will be presented in July 12-15, 2021 at Texas A&M University LIVR online by staff, industry representatives, and consultants. The program will cover information on material handling, preconditioning, extrusion of pet foods, extruded and non-extruded treats, raw material, extrusion hardware, automation, product analysis, meat handling in pet food, drying, cooling, and enrobing, food safety, pet food and treat shelf life, and trouble shooting. Reservations are accepted on a first-come basis.
